We aren't going to install Chalabi, or any of the others on that list. The Iraqi people are going to have to decide who they want, and they are going to have to decide how they want to pick who they want. Something like a political convention and caucus. That's why the Iraqi opposition is screaming so loud about a military style transition government. They say "Iraq for Iraqis" but they really mean "Me! Pick me!"
