NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--U.K. security sources have told the BBC they don't believe Iraqi President Saddam Hussein is dead.

U.S. planes dropped bombs Monday on a building in Baghdad where, as one American general said, "we had credible information that indicated that there was a regime leadership meeting" taking place.
