With a book value of about $.40 and only about a year of cash left this is a highly undervalued stock, correct?
With income of a bit over $200K for the first full year after product introduction and less income than the company had in 2000 before product introduction and less income than it had some 12 years ago when SPD was just beginning to be commercialized one should never pass up the bargain REFR is today.
Afterall, Dixon stated years ago REFR would be $400 by now.
Her calculations were only off by about 98% and the stock is selling for less now than it did then.
Also the outstanding shares are much higher than 5 years ago. Dilution is good for shareholders, right?
And lest you forget, Saxes holdings are significantly less than they were years back also. Selling of shares by management is good, right?
Don't let simple things like facts and DD stop you from buying. You are an authority on REFR, right?
You have watched insiders lose millions of dollars in investors money so they could award themselves a generous bonus of almost $4MM in cash and options. That is great for shareholders, right?

Oh, I almost forgot. REFR must have substantial income coming in from Inspectech who "expected" to install 60K airplane windows last year. Don't forget to include that in your value calculations. That should make this a $1MM per share stock. Dixon was wrong when she stated only $400 per share.
No one knows about REFR. It is hiding, a gem in the making. Just like it has been for 38 years.
