Alex...

An interesting post.

>>if they get an order from a customer they can produce 10 tons or 1 kilo whatever the customer desires
<<

>>When I asked if they can quantify the demand for the emulsion he declined to answer and told me that I should be speaking to REFR about it. <<

>>I called the HITACHHI number, talked to them and they confirmed their intention to produce emulsion. According to their representative they CAN do it right now if a customer asks for it.<<

Seems to me there is a lot of If's and Can's and intentions in the responses you received. Wonder why? Also I find it interesting that Hitachi asked you to go to REFR to ascertain the demand. Nancy usually states that REFR does not know this as it is the partners that know that. Oh well.

>>Gary, I find it difficult to believe that HITACHI would get involved with a scum artists.<<

I agree with you on that score however I will bet that the same was true a few years ago when GE was touted as a partner and of course they would not work with a scam company. I doubt that GE has generated much royalty revenue for REFR.

Good Luck

Bob T.
