JW, How do you see things shaping up post-war? The US obviously has no interest in other UN security council members having the ability to significantly influence and even veto our objectives as far as rebuilding Iraq goes. I noticed that France, Germany and Russia have some kind of summit this weekend. I believe that Chirac recently said, in effect, that rebuilding is a task for the UN "alone"

If the United States shuts them out, other than humanitarian aid, what do you think they might do and how do you see things going in general?
