jman,
This today from Zack's ...

Flamel (NASDAQ:FLML) is back. This company is one of the first (if not THE first) to successfully commercialize nano-biotechnology. They have developed two products, a nano-pump and a nano-coating, that have applications in oral drug delivery--particularly insulin delivery. Small cap biotech and pharmaceutical companies are hot right now. The bears like this stock. Biovail (NYSE:BVF), which is in a similar business, owns about 8% of the company.

The all-time high for FLML is $12.94 and a double from the breakout level takes it to $10. That zone may be reachable before heavy profit taking sets in. If the company can strike more partnership deals, or make further progress in human clinical trials, it stands an excellent chance of serious price appreciation in 2003."

Also, today at 12.20pm, Alan Farley of theStreet.com posted an article..."Follow the Groups on the Comeback Trail", and in the article he mentions FLML. I don't know what was said in the article (it is a paid service) but it was about this time today that the stock turned positive.

The $10.00 level mentioned in the Zack's piece is something to note....however, I'm holding long expecting 2003 to offer better than $10.00.

Good luck!
