Hmm I guess Francoise's Yahoo source to the conference call was a bit off. I didn't hear any of the stuff he said but I did hear them say that Checkpoint had the right to buy the biz if they wanted and also that they were looking for an out of court means of re-oranization. Also heard lots of talk of converted shares and a series H, lolol. Looks like rest of the world heard it my way as it trades down into the 30's though stupidly bouncing into 50's here.

The "true longs" on Yahoo even had a 2 minute moment of silence before the conference call to pray for good news. Man I really feel bad taking their money, like in the movie Patton where he blows the hell out of the Germans in North Africa and says "what a helluva waste of good troops."

Of course for Quisling Petain, aka Francoise, choke on those shares scumbag, choke.
