I'm sure there's a tyrannical despot that's responsible for a lot of the carnage going on here that surely needs to be taken out. Liberate the Congolese.....after all that's what were all about these days, right?!? Their biggest problem is they're not sitting on top of the world's second largest oil reserves.

Of course I'm sure this whole situation is also the UN's fault.
