I was fishing Cumberland lake and got to talking to a waitress. She lived on 5 acres and it was worth $6,000 per acre. The 5 acres next door was worth $500 per acre. Her ground was a registered tobacco farm and got free plants from the state. They got planted and plowed under and got the government payment. That's some payment.
