I'm not bashing Bush for not using enough diplomacy with Iraq? I'm questioning his motives for going to war. I would prefer diplomacy over war any time. Where do you get that from? Please show me. Why the hell do so many people make baseless accusations? It happens all the time. Conservatives always make accusations on these threads that they can't back up. I've called so many people on it and they never produce the suppossed bash post to prove it.

China has been a human rights disaster for years. Long before Iraq came into the picture. It was always the liberals who were pushing to deny China most favored nation trading status to prod them into cleaning up their horrendous human rights record and conservatives who oppossed them on it. Surprise, surprise. I'm not sure if diplomacy is working with China. Perhaps their human rights record is slowly improving as they become a more modern and civilized society. But, we sure aren't doing much of anything in the way of principle to demonstrate to the Chinese that we don't approve of their human rights record. It's business uber alles. Don't want to mess with the biggest consumer market in the world. Who cares if they use slave labor and enagage in all sorts of barbarism to keep their people in line.
