Well we will see how 'mild' a pullback it is. I have no idea - really! I react and try to avoid predicting. I am a bear, but this is over larger timeframes than most on SI look at. Monday looked like textbook exhaustion, and I am seeing reversals, and divergences across many groups. For the bullish case we need to consolidate significantly before any upmove from here, we need to get oversold without a breakdown. It is more than possible. However, if we close below $SPX=865 region then I think it is Rally Over! From my view, The Rally seems over. The Selling has not started so right now I cannot dismiss any Bullish view. I just think that it is a low odds call without some consolidation. Still there can't be bears without bulls. We need each other, eh! -macavity :)
