Cigarettes have had warning labels for decades.
History didn't start with tobacco warning labels, friend. There was a time before.

rather the fact that they take away the right of the property owners to make these decisions on their private property.
That's fine. But also require the property owners to pay the medical costs and lost earnings of the people tobacco kills. And not by having to sue. Price in it in the form of tax. If it's too low, raise the tax.
