Hello Nick

Sorry I haven't been checking out the chat as I was in Manitoba for
the weekend and just now catching up with some work. It is a bit
disappointing to read that some investors have the impression that
there is hype, when you look at the developements that the company
has successfully accomplished over the past two years.
We have emerged from an r&d company into one that is now developing
business. When you consider that the first Thermo Master plant was
engineered for 125 tons per day and the company immediately recognized
the engineering deficiencies did not keep up with the technology.
After numerous changes to Corinth we had a 200 ton per day capacity
facility, which became the models that we built in Brampton and Hamilton.
The engineering experts who we have to rely on for advice again had
a number of changes to implementin these two plants. Hindsight is
20/20 and it is now that we have a 300 ton per day design being
implemented in Brampton and Hamilton and the new plants in Richmond
and Fort Devins will also reflect these improvements. These changes
that are being implemented at this time will reflect positively and
al future plants will be built by Lockerbie and Hole on a turn key
basis with a "factory warranty" to Thermo Tech. Lockerbie will have
the capability to construct a 100, 200 or 300 ton per day plant to
suit different applications and deliver them on a guaranteed performing
basis. Now that this is complete we are ready to aggressively begin
the marketing and construction of Thermo Master plants. I think it is
better to have experianced a time lag on delivery than to have numerous
that would require extensive improvements and associated costs. Every
successful business needs a good foundation and we now have all the
ingredients and infrastructure in place.
I am not the best or fastest typist and so I hope this makes sense and
answers some of your questions.
Another thing that I would bring to your attention is that the last three
news releases that we issued were not carried on the dow news wire.
We do not have any influence over what or when news releases are posted
as the dow edits and reports on news as they see fit. The aquisition of
Canadian Waste Exchange was missed, this is important news as it brings
us supply, The aquisition of Brampton Bio-Conversion will generate
income at a 300 ton per day level for Thermo Tech, and thirdly our most
recent release was missed also.
It is for this purpose that we have an 800 phone number for current
info as well as a home page. Regardless of market price the Company
will continue to develope new plants and maintain it's focus on
building business and generating returns for its' shareholders and
j/v partners.
It took me 20 minutes to type this but if you want to call the
number is 1-800-377-5085.
