But I can just see all the Arabists of State crying, hey, the PA has reformed, now you have to resume the "peace process" with Abu Mazen - which is just talking to Arafat by proxy. I think Bush understands this completely. And I think his statements on Israel/Palestine are window dressing to give Blair cover. Expect a stall until Arafat is gone, IMO. Can you imagine how little credibility the Arabists at State have with Bush? Everything the Neocons around him have predicted has happened. I just don't see any real movement yet. Lets see what happens in Syria and Iran. Colonel Peters had a great line on Al Qaeda. "Saudi money and Egyptian brains."
