Bush relaxed laws protecting dolphins. He sided with the big industrial tuna fleets which use planes, radar and explosives to find dolphins out in the open sea. You see, tuna like to swim beneath dolphins, so the big fish-killers set on the dolphins, herd them into huge nets and get everything under them too. So they get the tuna but they also kill the dolphins. No way to separate them. Many good people fought long and hard to ban this practice. It's just pure greed and akin to murder. Bush has given the death sentence to tens of thousands of dolphins by allowing this heinous pratcice again. Secretly and quiet, by the way. One more reason to get rid of Bush. He has a cold heart when it comes to wildlife.
