Dave:

I agree that thats what it is. ( The self serve approach.) But is that the right approach? Off topic: I noticed something about the "greeter" in WalMart. During Christmas season she/he was stapling peoples shopping bags closed. This "greeter" is actually a security person in my opinion. I picked up on that and I did not like that. The Caldors here in CT are not warm and friendly and never busy either. But what do you expect paying minimum?
