Get off it. AS is not a racist for ignoring a minor candidate like Al Sharpton. Campaigns are run on a national level. Al Sharpton is not a contender on a national level. There is no reason to take him seriously. How do you know he's the leading candidate in NYC either? As I recall, Al Sharpton didn't win NYC in the NY Senate primary when he ran in 1992. I like Al Sharpton. He injects some realism into the campaign. But, he's certainly not a serious candidate, at least at this point, and anyone discussing the Democratic primary for President should consider him as such, regardless of his race.
