get a kick out of Rumsfeld spouting about the pinpoint accuracy of U.S. weapons. ROFLMAO Are you denying the huge technological improvements in weapon precision over the last decade? As a tech investor surely you must be aware of the accelerated pace of technological innovation. Many of the weapons are accurate to within ten feet and the coverage area for the blast can be controlled as well. What do you think the casualties would be if our weapons did not have this vastly improved accuracy and blast control capability? Then we would truly have a "massacre". As things stand, I would argue against your choice of this word "massacre". Huey
