Hi Michael,

I don't think I'm blind to the dangers of occupation (& I don't think the administration is either - it's just not something that it was good politics to stress). However, in any real-world calculus, they must be set against the dangers of leaving the bastard in place, both to us and to the Iraqis - can you say REAL humanitarian catastrophe - not that the UN ever exercises itself over the murders of dictators.
