David - By capacity constrained I don't mean they have already maxed out -- I just mean they don't have as much capacity to sell. I think this is why they are targetting business customers only instead of the "mass market"? -- see the Forbes article referred to on the Nextel Thread. 15Mhz and TDMA has some limits. Their great strength is the national footprint which allows no roaming charges, and some additional features beyond current cellular features. They will do fine in their niche - but they won't have the subscriber base of a Sprint or a PrimeCo. As a technology challenge to CDMA I don't see it as a threat.
