"Our courageous young men and women in the military have been going out of their way everyday to minimize civilian casualties" I agree completely -- on the other hand, there is no "friendly" way to drop a cluster bomb. We have weapons. They are designed to be enormously lethal. When sent into battle, young men an women will use their "awesome" destructive force. These are brave people killing hundreds of Iraqis for every American who dies -- a "kill rate" to be proud of. They were sent to kill -- and indeed, that is what they are doing.
