We have been in constant recession since March 2001.
Jobs have been steadily disappearing since then. The only reason that there has appeared to be some growth is the massive borrow and spend policies of Junior's team. For every ten dollars that Junior spends the country exhibits one dollar in apparent growth and only then when it is augmented by Enron accounting tricks. That makes 9 out of 10 dollars wasted by the Bush Junior Administration, and still the economy slides deeper into the abyss.
