I am saying the likelihood of the U.S. deploying weapons in the manner as described in that Arab news article, and with the results being being as described in the article---"the majority of the victims being civilians, mostly children curious about the small shiny objects which are the same size as a child’s hand", are slim to none. We have the ability to fight much more dicsriminately than that, and we have better weapons than that. And again, what would be the point of indiscriminately murdering small children, when we are tying to win the hearts and minds of the Iraqi people?
