I've never understood why the party endangering the health of themselves and others (smokers) are allowed to stay while the parties seeking to protect their own health and that of others are forced to miss the show.

Because the show is at a privately owned facility whose owner has the right to decide who can and who can not come to the show.

BTW, smoking has always been banned at My House

I wouldn't want any smoking in my house either. I just think I don't have the right to tell others how to run their houses.
