Thankyou Dick,

For the information. I called and spoke with Tom Ajamie today regarding this 'blockbuster lawsuit'.

I would suggest that any and all Canadian investors interested in pursuing a lawsuit should contact them.

I enquired about whether as Canadians we would be able to participate in a U.S. based lawsuit. He responded by saying that he felt that they should be able to successfully incorporate Canadian investors, pointing out that it would help their cause having a large number of Canadians involved. He mentioned that they already had a large number of Canadian ivestors involved but suggested that it would certainly not hurt if they had more.

They are attempting to amalgamate all lawsuits together, including Canadian based, saying that they have already spoken with a number of Canadian lawyers that have been working on lawsuits.

He felt that they would eventually be successful in recouping some losses, emphasis on eventually. He mentioned that he expects all the firms mentioned in the suit to put up every conceivable barrier to hamper any litigation.

We may in fact be successful, but we are going to have to be very patient.

Good Luck to all
