What issue has Kerry waffled on? Please be specific. The only change in his positions I know of is on the death penalty. After 9-11 he admitted terrorists should be executed. I would add mass murderers, but that's his position. He has always been 100% consistent on Iraq. Read his first statement I posted earlier and his last. No different. Howard Dean and Bush supporters have been trying to claim he waffled, but he stood up against them both and took the heat. He's also 100% right in his position on Iraq. For disarming Saddam, 2100% behind the troops but for more smart diplomacy and coalition allies, which we will now need. Most American agree.
