REH, Rich, others I wonder if you have a timeline of all the legal stuff and the order in which they are going to happen (timeline?) 1. IFX Richmond trial 1a. suppose only about infringement this time, but possibly for DDR only (nasty complication imo) 2. Mannheim trial (also IFX and also MU?) 2a. status of protest by Rmbs about not being allowed to change claims after 1990 by patentkammer. (I find it very difficult to unearth data about the german case(s)) 3. Micron trial in the states 4. Micron trial in Italy 5. Hynix? (*nah they are dead anyway, won't be able to pay, I think) any ideas when? Much appreciated. Cheers Cor
