Of course not! .... Because we will not be able to change anything in the region. In the Asia the "string" of democratic countries can be formed Turkey-Israel -Iraq -India -Afghanistan Moral obligation is necessary it is not sufficient to move troops. Needles to say that brain processing capabilities of Americans is higher than in any other country. Or you think that US came from Zero power to only Super Power "cuz" some magic?
