Steve, We have a lawsuit against Matshushita, which is supplying the batteries for the Toyota Prius. They were licensed to produce NiMH batteries for non-vehicle purposes only. A ruling by an arbitration panel should come in November, which should clear the air on hybrid royalties. We should prevail, as we have a very strong case. We do not own the patents on older inferior Misch Metal NiMH batteries, and some NiMH battery producers are selling those without the need to pay us royalties. I expect most hybrid cars to use NiMH batteries that are our technology, especially after the good report. Then we will collect royalties, or presumably the profits from producing and selling our own from the new factory. It should be almost complete, with production lines ready soon.

I am not surprised that we were not mentioned as being the company that made the major breakthroughs in NiMH technology. We usually aren't. Very frustrating.
