Of COURSE experienced oil people will be involved, that is a PLUS not a minus for Iraq. The oil will be OWNED by the govt. thats the point, and the proceeds from its sale will be used to develop Iraq and its people. NOT palaces and WMD. Incidentally, there is a fly in the ointment and that is that presently the UN HAS TOTAL AUTHORITY over Iraqi oil output as part of the 1991 accords. Knowing France and Russia they will probably make as much problems as they can to hinder Iraqi oil development. France unless they get the PAY OFF and Russia cause they wanted to develop their own fields. jdn
