This will help as far as increasing the distribution of the IPG. But as jeff Shell said in the last CC. They have a lot of work ahead of them to repair the damage that henry did.

They also have a long way to go with current litigation which management's only comment was that they are in the discovery phase.

A few new deals with some cable companies would give the company the biggest boost. Showing the street that they have a viable and competitive product without having to resort to patent black mailing.
