you run win98se, which is a close cousin.

now that we know you were previously infected, it appears that the worm has damaged and/or removed certain nav files.

the instructions in the link i posted will take you through the removal process.

without going into all that you did or did not do at that time, i would advise following the removal instructions to the letter.

and you might consider upgrading your AV program to a more current version than you are now running.
