Wellington Management Reports 7% Cambridge Antibody Stake Thursday April 10, 12:48 pm ET WASHINGTON -(Dow Jones)- Wellington Management Co. LLP holds a 7.05% stake in Cambridge Antibody Technology Group PLC, according to a filing Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission (News - Websites). Wellington held 2,562,400 Cambridge Antibody shares after acquiring 800,064 shares. Details of the transaction weren't provided in the filing. Wellington notified Cambridge Antibody of its holdings Tuesday, the filing said.
