I agree; I think Democ will be very difficult to establish in Iraq. But just about anything will be better than what has gone on there up til now. Hey we could never attack SA - that would be too hard ! <gg> Btw add two more poss WMD so far today - a mobile bio-lab disguised as a SAM truck has been found by marines. And some poss weapons-grade plutonium found elsewhere.
