<< Blaming Clinton for this extreme deficit and the costs of this bogus war is really reaching. >>

Not blaming Clinton. The deficit is caused by the economic downturn which naturally follows an upturn. The deficit was made worse by 9/11. Clinton isn't to blame for the war or the cost of same. The terrorists and the terrorist sponsoring nations are to blame.

We must make a choice. Be victims of terrorism or save a few billion $. My choice like the choice of 77% of Americans is to fight terrorism.

The cost of this war is around 1% of our GDP. The cost of WWII was something like 130% of GDP. This is an inexpensive war, but one that is quite necessary.

Get used to it. There are terrorists and terrorist nations still out there and we will be pursuing them.

IMO,
Dave
