It's a matter for debate whether or not the CIA or other intelligence sources had concrete evidence of WMDs in Iraq way before this current military operation. I know they did, but I can't prove it to you, so we'll just have to leave it there, for now.
Remember your post regarding "no WMDs". They will be found, I guarantee you. Not only that, they will be disposed of, and there will be zero chance of them reappearing in Iraq.
My contention could be that the war was actually started when Iraq invaded Kuwait. You are, I am sure, familiar with the agreement that the Iraqi regime signed after the coalition pushed him out of Kuwait, right? You are familiar with the legal process the United States engaged in for almost two years prior to the resumption of hostilities, correct? Would you accept that as my argument for Iraq starting this war? |
