In the US, SARS patients are being treated with steroids, ribavarin (anti-viral), but not Chinese traditional medicine. Survival rate so far 100%.

On a sad note, my husband just told me that WHO won't coordinate with Taiwan because Beijing opposes it.

So I take back my three cheers for WHO. Two cheers for WHO, one cheer for the UN, and no cheers for Beijing.

Taiwanese medicine is very much more advanced than Chinese medicine. I fear that China will suffer more than Taiwan.
