No woman who's been paid by the opposing party to claim a politician raped her many years ago can be called remotely "credible". As we know the "cry rape" tactic is the easiest way to slander a man, any man, because there's simply no way to prove he DIDN'T do it, so they don't need any evidence at all, nor do they have any except her paid testimony. The "rape" case was never meant to go to trial, it was just meant to slander Clinton, as usual. The right-wing has even accused Clinton or murder and drug-running. And you believe those crap-shooters?
It's all ruthless smear tactic politics, trying to make sure Clinton is not just slandered but permanently ruined, so people will forget the greatest economy of our lifetimes and the fact that even after the Monica affair Clinton could have beaten Bush handily. The right-wing hates to remember that, and doesn't want us to. That's why they'll keep attacking Clinton long after he's out of power. And no matter how badly Bush stumbles they'll try and put him on a pedestal.
They want to destroy Clinton forever in the history books, make all his achievements go away, and also claim credit for them for the GOP somehow. While treating Bush as if he's some saint crusader hero who is not respoinsible for his own economy. Despite the fact Bush has many ugly skeletons in his closet, including Florida vote fraud, Enron and the phjony energy crisis, going AWOL, arrests, cash for pollution deals as Governor and even family business connections to the Bin Laudens. |
