A bit of honesty would be welcome. Liberals are against this war because it was Bush's war, and were for Kosovo war because it was Clinton's war.

But I understand that your desire for ideological purity is higher than honesty.

I have openly admitted I dislike Bush. And its because he has done things like going to war against Iraq without the support of our allies.

At the time of the Kosovo war, I thought the NATO treaty permitted calling a war whenever some of the members felt threatened by ongoing instability in the region. I believe it was you who pointed out the error of my understanding. The war would have been less acceptable to me had I known that. However, there is another element at play here.........I trusted Clinton to do the right thing. I don't trust Bush at all. His way of thinking.....your way of thinking is very foreign to me.

Its not ideological or partisan but rather something else.
