yup, and then if you take into account that there is very little effect fiscal policy can have in the first year, even if changes were made the first day of office *and* the fact that there is very little that can be done to stop a bubble from deflating once it has started, it isn't hard to figure out that the current economic condition is not the fault of the current administration.
