Chris, I took a look at the 10-K (jeez, what a web of ownerships and cross-ownerships) and found the paragraph that mentioned the loan. I'm going to try to sit down w/ the document and a notepad and pen, and try to map out the relationships. Doing this will help clarify in my mind what is going on. My initial thoughts are that this is money that the co. (i.e., shareholders) will never see again, but we'll see. Did you happen to notice the conditions that have to be meant before the co. would ever pay a dividend? My, oh, my.
