Rest of the article is worth reading, an essay by Shawcross in the UK Spectator about the Pax Americana. I think it's interesting that the Pax Americana came about under Clinton but I can't get any Democrats to talk about it peacably. Madeline Albright helped formulate the ideas, not just the Neocons.
