Because with this administration is not just rhetoric. This is the same bs you fed this thread back last summer. I swear you're a paid poster for Bush. That is precisely why it's effective. If it's common knowledge you're not willing to back it up (see France), then nobody will take you at your word. The odds of us having to fight again even with tough talk is now greatly reduced.
