I heard 100M. Sourcecom needed to complete a third round of financing which didn't fly when a mutual fund and Nokia walked. They obviously couldn't agree on a valuation, which turned out to be their undoing. In other words, Sourcecom should have accepted a lower valuation in order to survive. That's what worries me about a couple of other small ADSL vendors. They might not be able to hang on until deployment day. Their technology is solid.
