I think the March China trade numbers are interesting. They are no longer running balances, as they are experiencing greater import needs, with higher energy costs as part of that.

If they don't have excess trade dollars to recycle, we may be coming to the end of the Chinese financed USD "mortgage credit bubble" and USD support mechanism. I'm now firmly short CFC, MTG, MBI, GS.
