The % of bullish advisors went up this week to 51.1%, the exact same level seen last November
29th, just a few days before the 9,000 high in the Dow from early December. As we have noted
previously, bear markets do not end without the bears getting close to 55%, but highest reading for
last few years was the 43% of last October.
