I don't follow the stock or this thread closely, so this may be old news, but there was a very negative discussion of POET at the RS semiconductor conference on Tuesday. I was not aware of either the serious nature of the problem or of the possible/likely repercussions (apparently they could be shut out of the bulk of future HDSL deployments in the US). If I'm the last to know this and it's been in the stock for months, sorry for taking up space.
