Mr. Mark,

Still don't know what caused the alert. Ran the fix and klez was no where to be found. AV definitions were up to date. Still, I did upgrade from nav2000 to Norton Internet Security 2003. Full scan with the upgrade showed the same results... nada, nothing, clean.

Everything seems to be working fine. None of the klez symptoms appeared which is puzzling. We'll see what goes on from here, will let you know if anything pops up.
