Perhaps he wasn't against the war or whatever. Perhaps it
was the wrong person to say it to.

However, it was not the wrong thing to say on this thread.
My response was to the relentless BS that gets posted here
as thought it were fact as much as it was directed to Bill.

And his response to me ignored a critical point I made, yet
made a contrary critical comment. I don't see his POV being
any less credible than mine, particularly when I stipulated
that there was comprehensive on air coverage.
