I've been testing Windows 2003 64 bit version for a few months now. If ever MSFT has had a chance to nibble at the Unix market, it is now. This new OS is truly great. There are many new storage utilities which will nibble at the businesses of Veritas and EMC's software division. MSFT has a very large trained force out there which can cut TCO for companies wanting to pay less to support 64 bit computing with W2K3 as opposed to expensive Unix admins.
